Disassembly
1. First, unscrew the pommel ring and remove the battery holder.
2. Then loosen the small plate around the activator with a thin object. Since it's glued on, you have to carefully pry it off at several points.
3. Remove the screws underneath, and you can take off the box.
4. Next, unscrew the screw that holds the wide black ring on the hilt.
5. Now slide the black ring a little toward the emitter. Tap the metal pin underneath into the hilt using a pin punch or a blunt nail.
6. Tap the pin below the emitter into the hilt.
7. Unscrew the round black screw below the emitter.
8. Now the electronics can be slid out of the top of the hilt.
9. Take off the black plastic part on the emitter guard. Now the emitter guard can be removed by pulling it forward through the rubber ring. Lift the ring slightly while doing this.
10. Next, push the two small pins inward. Then the cable can be disconnected from the soundboard and removed.
11. Now use a nail or something similar to tap out the metal pin that holds the blade in the blade holder.
12. Now carefully pull the blade out of the blade holder.
Blade disassembly
13. To remove the LED strip, again tap the small pin into the LED strip mount with a nail or something similar. Then the LED strip can be removed from the small mount.
