Anakin Skywalker’s second lightsaber has a chrome hilt with black grips. In the films, he built this lightsaber after the events of Episode II. After Anakin’s fall to the dark side, Obi-Wan Kenobi picked it up on Mustafar and handed it to Luke Skywalker on Tatooine 19 years later.

Behind the Scenes
There were several variants of the Anakin ROTS for the shoot. Besides the hero prop made of aluminum, rubber versions were used for stunts. For the final duel, the so-called “Skinnyflex” was even used, a variant with few details and a thinner section below the emitter.
