Leia built this lightsaber shortly after the Battle of Endor and used it while training with her brother Luke Skywalker.
However, a Force vision led her to break off her Jedi training and entrust the lightsaber to Luke. He kept it on Ahch-To for 30 years. There he finally handed it to Rey, who used it in the duel with Emperor Palpatine on Exegol.
After the destruction of the First Order, Rey buried the lightsaber together with Anakin Skywalker’s on Tatooine next to the Lars moisture farm.
