An officially licensed replica of Darth Vader’s lightsaber from George Lucas‘ Star Wars: A New Hope. Vader (portrayed physically by David Prowse and voiced by James Earl Jones) wielded his signature lightsaber-one of the most iconic artifacts from the Star Wars saga and a vital symbol of the ongoing war between the darkness of the Sith and light of the Jedi order-in his climactic duel with his former master, Obi-Wan „Ben“ Kenobi (Alec Guinness).
Numbered „861/1000,“ this ornately detailed Signature Edition replica was created with a mix of high-quality diecast and machined components by Master Replicas based on original production materials regarding the filming prop in the Lucasfilm archives. Included is a felt-lined locking Master Replicas saber case; two Master Replicas placards, including one signed in marker by Jones and another by Prowse; and an acrylic display case with a mirror base.
