A light-up, gold-plated Commemorative Edition lightsaber based on Darth Vader’s (David Prowse) from George Lucas‘ original Star Wars trilogy. To commemorate the sale of more than one million FX lightsabers in the early 2000s, Lucasfilm licensee Master Replicas produced an extremely limited number of Vader lightsabers with gold-plated hilts to give to congratulate key staff members and special customers.
This lightsaber originated with one of Master Replicas‘ manufacturers. It features a polycarbonate blade designed to illuminate red via a button on the gold-plated hilt, which conceals a battery pack. Also included are the replica’s Master Replicas box and a „Star Wars“-branded bag containing instructions, batteries, and a „Revenge of the Sith“ trading card. The box’s tape and flaps have been opened, and it exhibits wear throughout from previous shipping. Dimensions: 45″ x 3″ x 4″ (114.5 cm x 7.75 cm x 10.25 cm)
