Count Dooku’s (Christopher Lee) stunt lightsaber from George Lucas‘ Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Sith Lord Dooku wielded his lightsaber to fight the Jedi, and Anakin used Dooku’s own lightsaber to behead him.
This lightsaber, made for sequences where Dooku fought the Jedi, comprises a carbon fibre SFX „blade“ painted green and wrapped in a clear plastic sheath, and, separately, a resin handgrip inset plated silver with a steel rod, with gold and black painted detailing to simulate a textured metallic finish. The blade screws into the hilt and can be removed; this allowed damaged blades to be replaced during filming. The blade has „Green Good“ handwritten on the section which screws into the hilt. The handgrip has some wear from age and use. Most notably, the metallic paints have worn away, revealing the gold-coloured resin beneath. Dimensions: 123.5 cm x 4 cm x 6 cm (48.5″ x 1.5″ x 2.25″)
