Disassembly – Darth Vader ANH (2003)

How it´s done:

At first detach the locking ring and the battery tray.
Remove both screws next to the activator. The two big ones do not have to be removed for they are only glued. Foto 1 and Foto 2
Detach the activator and the emitter's black hood and extract the whole blade with electronic from the hilt. Foto 3 and Foto 4
In the electronics' casing three screws are attached. When they are loose the casing can be demounted into two parts.
The blade's cable splice from the soundboard can be seperated easily, if the LED-strip shall be detached. Foto 5 und Foto 6

Now the dismounting is completed.
