Disassembly - Luke ROTJ

How it΄s done:
  1. At first detach the locking ring and the battery tray. Foto 1
  2. Afterwards lift the board of the activatorbox with a thin item cautiously. Foto 2
  3. Detach both screws, which sustain the activatorbox. Foto 3
  4. The activatorbox can be removed and the shifter can be pushed into the hilt. Foto 4
  5. Now cut out the battery tray's inner with a knife. It isn't necessary anymore. Foto 5
  6. Unscrew the hilt's central and the lower part. Foto 6 and Foto 7
  7. Unscrew the emitter with pipe tongs. To avoid rabbles put a thin rubber mat underneath. Foto 8
  8. Unroll the bared rubber ring over the blade. Foto 9
  9. Remove the little pin, which is attached underneath the rubber ring, and draw off the rest of the emitter. Foto 10
  10. Now detach the screws, which holds the electronics' casing together. Foto 11 and Foto 12

    11. Finished the dismounting is!
