How its done:
- At first detach the locking ring and the battery tray.
Afterwards drop off the activatorbox (1)with a thin item at both ends carefully.- Als erstes die Aktivatorplatte (1) vorsichtig mit einem dünnen Gegenstand an beiden Enden abhebeln. (Achtung, der Kleber darunter ist nicht sonderlich fest!)

- Detach both copper eyes at the top and bottom (2 and 3) carefully as well.
The thinner the tool the easier they can be detached.
Foto 1 and
Foto 2
- Underneath each copper eye a screw is attached. Unscrew those and the copper eyes' holdings can be removed.

Foto 2
- Unscrew the screws with which the activatorbox is attached.
- The shifter itself is attached with two little screws within the activatorbox. Detach the screws and desolder the shifter.
Foto 3
- Unplug the golden pins in front of the hilt with long-nosed pliers next. The black board underneath has to be detached as well; therefor again use long-nosed pliers or a screwdriver.

and Foto 5
- Now one can remove the whole electronics.
Foto 6
- Also both pins, which plunge through the casing, are to be removed. They are knocked out with a sledge and a steel pin (or a blunt nail) little by little.
Foto 7
- The blade can be extracted from the blade holder.
Foto 8
- Now everything except the two pins is to be put into the hilt again.
The blade can now be unplugged at any time. Who possesses a Vader P&P version furthermore is able to switch the blades.

That was the disassembling. The rebuilding takes place in inverted order. Have fun with tinkering, your Team Saberproject
