How it's done:
- Solder one wire each (about 4 cm) to the plus- and minus-pole of the Luxeon.
Foto 1
- Saw about 1 cm from the heat sink.
Foto 2
- Glue the Luxeon to the heat sink by using heat conductive glue .
Foto 2
- Fix lense and lense holder with a bit glue to the Luxeon, so it can not loosen anymore.
Foto 3
- Cut the aluminium tube to exactly 2.5 cm, wrap some scotch-tape
around it and press it into the small plastictube. This acts as additional heat sink
and is holder for Luxeon and lens.

Foto 5
- Now drill three holes in both of the tubes with a diameter of 1mm each to screw them together later.
- On the outer tube small slots are milled to the drills, to make the screwheads fit into the tube.
That is very important since the tube wont fit into the blade holder else.
Foto 6
and Foto 10
- Take away the aluminium tube and push in the lense holder
with the Luxeon Foto 9.
Watch, that the Luxeon with the lens holder sits tightly. if the lense holder is a bit
too big, the edges can be sanded. Slide the aluminium tube with the Luxeon inside
the outer tube and screw it together. The screws should be that long so they fix the
heat sink. So this can not loosen inside the aluminium tube and stabilises the whole
attatchment. Foto 7
- Now the minus- and plus-pole can be soldered to the
mainwire. The magenta wire is soldered to plus with the grey wire. All other wires
belong to minus.

Sketch
- Now connect the clip to the soundboard and rebuild the saber.
