So disassemble this flashlight and you have the adiquate switch.
Solder the switch and then isolate it. Now drill a hole into the black inner element so that the switch fits perfectly in it. Now adjust the switch in its heigh and glue it afterwards. Pull the switch from the inside so that you can activate it from the top.
Now insert the black inner element into the clamp and screw it with the hilt. Then you need a new, thin cover panel (metal would be the best). Cut it into the same size as the original and drill a hole of 4 mm into it, where the new switch is fixed on the inner part.
Now the cover panel should be adapted to the switch so the hole is situated exactly over the switch.
Then you need a nickel-plated blank, which is used as the pushbutton later, a grommet and a nickel-plated rosette.
Glue the rosette with the grommet. This construction makes sure that the bushbutton is flushed with the attached blank. Maybe the inner diameter must be enlarged so there is enough space for the blank. Glue the constructionof the grommet/rosette on the new cover panel. The construction should have the same size as the cover panel.
Due to optic reasons you can ingest two further blanks on the panel before glueing it on the inner part. Now fix the blank on the manometric switch.
