Use this tutorial after you disassembled the hilt!

- Cut the heat sink to a length of 0.4"
- Glue the luxeon with the heat conductive glue on the heat sink

- Solder two wires with a length of 2" each on the negative and positive pole of the LED

- Plug the lens into the lensholder and fix both with heat conductive glue on the LED

- Cut the aluminium tube to a length of 1". This tube works as a holder for the Luxeon LED,
lense and lensholder and the heat sink and also has the function as additional heat sink

- In the middle of both halves of the body there a two plastic joist each which must be abraded. So the small aluminium tube fits into both halfes.

- Now drill a small hole trough the
both halfes of the body and the aluminium tubes, where those shall be bold down

- After this furnish both halfes with deepenings, where the holes are situated.
It is important that the screw heads are flush with each half. Otherwise the holder will not fit in the hilt

- Now the Luxeon can be pushed into the aluminium tube and the wires can be soldered.

The grey and the purple wire must be soldered on the positive pole, the rest of the wiring on the negative pole

- After the wiring is connected,
bolt the both halves and the aluminium tube together. Now reassemble the saber.
