The disassembling is to be implemented this way:
- First of all the locking ring and the battery tray need to be removed.

- Detach the red metal cap of the switch next. Therefore the small pin at the cap’s
side is to be knocked out as far as possible with a thorn or a blunt nail and removed with a pincer. Photo

After that the screw that lies underneath can be unscrewed as well.

- Now take out the golden screw with the blue LED. The best way is using pincers very cautiously.

- The metal pin is to be knocked out with a thorn or a blunt nail.

- Unscrew the Covertec Wheel.

Afterwards one can pull off the large overlay to the bottom.

- There are three screws at the emitter, that all look like LEDs. They
are to be unscrewed. If lifting out the LED-substitute does not work, the screws need to be drilled out.
There are no longer usable.

- Remove the overlay at the emitter to the bottom.

- Now one needs to lift out the small black part of the activator.

- Afterwards knock the metal pin out of the black overlay.

This can be removed to the bottom now.

- Last but not least the ring at the emitter (the part on which the Hasbro logo is printed) is to be
unscrewed. If that does not work with bare hands, one puts the saber into a bench vise at the ring (cover it with a towel)
and turns the hilt. Then one is able to remove the electronics from the hilt.
