- At first remove the locking ring (pommel) and the battery tray.

- Detach the blade afterwards. One just needs to unscrew the emitter.

- Now unscrew the Covertec wheel.

- . Remove the activator next. To do so, one needs to knock the two small steel pins into the hilt with a thin tool. After that one can cautiously draw off the red cap.

- Then one detaches the screw underneath, so one can pull out the black switch.

- Take off the big, silver screw that lies directly underneath the rotary switch.

Now one can push out the complete chassis with the electronics out of the back end.
